Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to describe the steps involved in implementing the Online Licensing Service Program through Online Single Submission (OSS) at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, in 2021, as well as the factors that impede this process. A case study methodology is used in this research method, which is a sort of qualitative research. The study's findings are being applied to the Sintang Regency One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service's general implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system policy, which has been operational but is not yet at its best. The Sintang Regency Investment and One-Stop Service Office still encounter a number of challenges, particularly the community's lack of socialization and the uneven distribution of infrastructure, particularly signaling in Sintang Regency, which makes it challenging for business actors. The results of this study can help the local administration of Sintang Regency solve the challenges it faces, particularly about infrastructure issues such as signal problems that prevent people from conveniently using OSS.
