Using a panel data regression approach, this study analyzes the effects of several key factors, including provincial minimum wage, agricultural land area, inflation, GDP growth in the agricultural sector, and the proportion of employment in the agricultural sector on labor mobility. The results indicate that these variables exhibit varying influences on the transition of labor from agriculture to other economic sectors. The findings reveal that minimum wage increases tend to limit the absorption of labor in the modern sector, encouraging workers to remain in agriculture. Meanwhile, a reduction in agricultural land area and inflation negatively impact agricultural employment, accelerating labor migration to other sectors. However, GDP growth in agriculture does not significantly affect labor retention in the sector, suggesting that economic expansion in agriculture does not always translate into higher labor absorption. Additionally, the proportion of employment in agriculture significantly influences workforce retention, indicating that job opportunities in the sector play a crucial role in sustaining agricultural labor. These insights provide valuable implications for policymakers in designing strategies to maintain workforce resilience in agriculture while promoting inclusive economic growth in Indonesia.
2025-05-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Aplikasi Administrasi: Media Analisa Masalah Administrasihttps://jaa.hangtuah.ac.id/index.php/jurnal/article/view/286Digital Service Inequality in Transportation? An Evaluation of the KAI Access Application Using the E-GovQual Approach2025-04-15T11:17:11+00:00Fierda Nuranyfierdanurany@ubhara.ac.idMuhammad Aan Aoliyamuhammadaanaoliya@gmail.comLi Jiahuilijiahui@gmail.com
The advancement of information technology has driven the transformation of public services, including Indonesia's transportation sector. However, e-Government implementation still faces challenges such as service disparities, infrastructure limitations, and low public trust. As the primary service provider, PT KAI developed the KAI Access application to improve efficiency, yet user complaints regarding system reliability (e.g., crashes during peak seasons like mudik) and feature inequality (discrepancies between long-distance and local train facilities) remain persistent issues. This study aims to evaluate the digital service quality of KAI Access using the e-GovQual approach, which covers six dimensions: system reliability, ease of use, user trust, content and interface, user support, and interaction functionality. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, data was collected through user interviews, literature review, and Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis. Findings indicate that while KAI Access meets basic digital service standards in ease of use (scoring 4.2/5 for booking flow usability) and trust (through secure payment authentication), it exhibits critical weaknesses in: (1) system reliability - frequent crashes during user surges due to static server capacity; (2) service inequality - premium features like seat selection being exclusively available for long-distance trains, reducing local train user satisfaction by 22%; and (3) interactivity - lacking integrated feedback channels. Recommended improvements include: adopting cloud auto-scaling (e.g., AWS/GCP solutions), standardizing core features (e.g., delay notifications), and developing multilingual AI chatbots. These findings serve as a foundation for enhancing PT KAI's services and provide a reference for e-Government development in Indonesia's public sector
2025-05-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Aplikasi Administrasi: Media Analisa Masalah Administrasihttps://jaa.hangtuah.ac.id/index.php/jurnal/article/view/281Customer Considerations in Hotel Reservations Based on UI/UX of Application Design2025-03-25T10:02:42+00:00Yasir Saniyasirsani.learning@gmail.comRizdania Dermawirizdania.uniwara@gmail.comTegar Wahyu W.W. This study analyzes UI/UX factors influencing customer decisions when choosing a hotel booking application. A quantitative approach was used to survey 284 respondents who actively use hotel reservation applications. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to evaluate the relationship between ease of navigation, visual appearance, search features, information transparency, and transaction security on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Results indicate that ease of navigation (78%), visual appearance (82%), search features (85%), information transparency (90%), and transaction security (88%) significantly influence user satisfaction and loyalty. This study extends previous research by highlighting changes in digital behaviour and offering practical recommendations for developers. The findings suggest that users consider information transparency and effective search features the most critical factors. This study aims to analyse the level of work discipline of employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kediri Kota and identify the factors that influence it. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that in general employee discipline was in the good category. This is reflected in compliance with working hours, the application of dress ethics, and the implementation of tasks according to their respective responsibilities. However, there are still some obstacles in the implementation of work discipline, including late attendance and employees' lack of understanding of the company's internal procedures. Factors that influence the level of work discipline include a comfortable and supportive work environment, internalisation of corporate culture values such as AKHLAK (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative), and the effectiveness of communication within the organisation. These three factors play an important role in shaping disciplined and responsible work behaviour. The findings are expected to be taken into consideration for management in improving the supervision and coaching system.
2025-05-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Aplikasi Administrasi: Media Analisa Masalah Administrasihttps://jaa.hangtuah.ac.id/index.php/jurnal/article/view/278Analisis Implementasi Arsip Digital Dokumen Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Bandung2025-02-19T08:08:46+00:00Apriliany Nur Qolbyaprilianynurqolby.r22ab@plb.ac.idYuyun Taufikyuyuntaufik@plb.ac.id
This study examined the implementation of digital archiving at the DPMPTSP Kota Bandung and its impact on administrative processes, transparency, and operational efficiency. The transition from manual to digital archives aimed to improve document accessibility, minimize paper usage, and streamline administrative workflows. Data were collected through interviews with key personnel in different departments, including Administration, Secretariat, Archive Management, and IT. The findings revealed that digital archiving significantly accelerated document retrieval and processing, reducing administrative delays. Paper consumption decreased, particularly in communication and internal documentation, yet some legal processes still required physical documents. Transparency improved as digital tracking ensured accountability and minimized the risk of data loss. Furthermore, real-time document access enhanced work flexibility, although challenges such as network instability and suboptimal storage structures remained. Despite efficiency gains, challenges persisted, including the need for standardized document formats, enhanced cybersecurity measures, and continuous employee training. To maximize the benefits of digital archiving, recommendations included optimizing storage structures, strengthening IT infrastructure, and improving digital literacy among employees. If fully integrated and continuously developed, digital archives could serve as a foundation for a more effective and modern public administration system.
2025-05-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Aplikasi Administrasi: Media Analisa Masalah Administrasihttps://jaa.hangtuah.ac.id/index.php/jurnal/article/view/293The Role of SIM-RIwinK in the Form of Smart Village Transformation in the Implementation of Administrative Management in Wringinsongo Village Malang Regency2025-04-26T04:35:54+00:00Suljatmikosuljatmiko0775@gmail.com
This study investigated the implementation of the smart village program in Wringinsongo Village, East Java, with a focus on the success of the SIM-RIwinK application in transforming administrative correspondence between central government authorities, village governments, and residents from conventional methods. This study is intended to analyze the Implementation of the Social Rehabilitation Program for homeless people and beggars in Karangasem Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of Policy Implementation according to Van Meter and Van Horn. Several factors that can determine the success of a policy implementation are standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of the implementing organization, communication between related organizations and implementing activities, attitudes of implementers, and conditions of the social, economic, and political environment. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses three methods, namely interviews, observations, and documentation. The data that has been collected is analyzed starting from data reduction, then data presentation, and finally conclusion drawn. The research was carried out at the Karangasem Regency Social Service. The results of the study show that the implementation of the social rehabilitation program for gepeng has been carried out, but there are several variables that have not been fulfilled and there are obstacles that make it difficult to implement the program. Then it is also hoped that the Karangasem Regency Social Service and local Traditional Villages will cooperate in verifying the identity of homeless people and beggars so that there is no change in identity to facilitate the distribution of aid. To overcome social stigma, it is necessary to involve social experts or psychologists and conduct socialization to the community. The Social Rehabilitation Program must be a priority program with adequate budget and resources
2025-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Aplikasi Administrasi: Media Analisa Masalah Administrasi
